Our Netzari Sisterhood

Sarah is the wife of Abraham, the patriarch of the nation of Israel.  Scripture calls Abraham the friend of God, but he was also obedient.

According to tradition Sarah’s tent was next to her husband’s, and this was where Abraham taught her all that YHWH had given him. She in turn gave instruction to the other women of the camp. Her tent became a place of learning, encouragement and hope. The purpose of this website is to offer the same to all who are answering the Father’s call to live out their redemptive walk by coming into Torah obedience. Whether you have been on this walk for years, or you are now feeling the stirring in your heart, and want to know more, it is our sincere hope that the tent will be a blessing to you.

Sojourn in this land, and I will be with you, and will bless you. For to you, and to your seed, I will give all these lands, and I will establish the oath which I swore to Abraham your father. I will multiply your seed as the stars of the sky, and will give to your seed all these lands. In your seed will all the nations of the earth be blessed, because Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws. Bereshit (Genesis) 26: 3-5

If this is your first time in the tent, or you need help finding particular information we reccommend you begin with the Directory page which will help you find what you need and enable you to navigate the site much easier. The Directory page also will inform you of what has been updated on the site.

Greetings, it seems like the Joshua Powerpoint reflects Eemah's lesson for the day on spiritual adultery. Do you think there are things we do with our children that goes against G-d? Peace!

These videos on raising black boys are great. Have you seen much for teen girls?

I love this video but what their father and mother may not realize is that they can actually make their own djembe. This alone creates a special respect for their instrument. I will post the instructions for making the Dejembe Drum for children. Those young children are great performers for Yah. Peace!

Praise God for this group is dealing with some very important but hard issues. Think about the fact that many young people and young adult professionals are attached to rap art. How do we get them to move from this modality to a deeper and richer music appreciation requires teaching them the Word of God. It will seem as though you are talking to the wall at first but one day, if you just stick with this twice a week for at least five weeks, you will begin form a new habit for your family. New habits will begin to do something on the inside of all of you, if you just stick to the plan. Trust me, I did this and had many parents that I counseled to try this and it works. Commit two days a week for five weeks and do not allow anything to intervere. You will see a difference.

Todah Mama Wisdom... Abba is truly dealing with me on this whole topic of music for our children... Music is sooo important because it can be used to create righteousness within the spirit of our children as babies even in our bellies but just as it can create LIFE... it can produce death. We have a major stand to take but first let us wake up and know what our children are hearing each day.... Wow... it all hit me so hard during the Feast of Unleavened bread when I had my children share their mp3 players with me.... It is horrific what our teens are listening to as we sleep... even as we are working and on these networks during out thing the enemy is doing his thing with our babies. Let us wake up fellow moms and take a stand for righteousness in our homes. It will take more than putting your foot down with them... it requires us to raise our faces to Abba with them asking for them to be drawn to righteousness. I will share more later. Can we here in this group touch and agree that this music will be loosed from every child here represented by his or her mother?

The Rap War is more than just negative music that has a bad effect on our people, it is an expression of Post Slavery Trauma Syndrome. Check out the lecture from Minister Smalls in the discussion I posted. He makes many good points but his point on Rapp made me rethink the issue.

Prayer of the Day

Dear Khokmah (whom some call Holy Spirit),

Help us, lovely Heavenly Mother,
To put love where there is hatred

To put hope and faith where there is doubt

To put joy where there is discord

Please help me to heal my pain

Help me learn the spirit of forgiveness

Grant me your divine wisdom

So that I can love and be loved again.

I ask this in the Lady's name, so be it!

- Sirona Knight
